Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
SL HOBBYLINE will not offer after-sale service for any product. SL HOBBYLINE shall claim no responsibility for any damage or crash from wrong operation, improper assembly or failure of other components.
SL HOBBYLINE shall claim no responsibility if the products purchased do not meet users’ expectations and the products are without quality issue. In that case, request for products replacement or return shall receive rejection. SL HOBBYLINE shall claim no responsibility for any loss or damage to users or any third parties from inappropriate use and assembly of SL HOBBYLINE products or accessories. SL HOBBYLINE on no account shall share joint liability for any direct or indirect injuries or property loss to users.
1. Refund Eligibility
Product Returns: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. It must also be accompanied by a proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Mainly Batteries and Special Pre ordered items cannot be returned.
Time Limit: You have 3 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Return the Product: After receiving return instructions, package the product securely, and send it to the address provided by our customer support team. Please make sure to include the proof of purchase with your return.

Refund or Replacement: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. If you prefer, we can offer a replacement for the item instead of a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable:
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned for cash.
- Downloadable Software or Digital Content: We do not offer refunds for downloadable software, digital content, or virtual products after they have been downloaded.
- Batteries and Special Pre ordered items.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
4. Shipping and Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returned items are generally non-refundable. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
To return your product, you should mail your product to:137/1, Temple Road, Maharagama, Western, 10280, Sri Lanka.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund within a reasonable timeframe, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
