SL HOBBYLINE
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
SL HOBBYLINE will not offer after-sale service for any product. We accept no responsibility for damages or crashes caused by incorrect operation, improper assembly, or component failure.
We also do not take responsibility if products purchased do not meet users’ expectations without a quality issue. Requests for replacement or return in such cases will be rejected. SL HOBBYLINE holds no liability for losses or damages to users or third parties from inappropriate use or assembly of our products or accessories. Under no circumstances shall we share joint liability for direct or indirect injuries or property loss.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Product Returns: Items must be unused, in the same condition received, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Exempt Goods: Batteries and special pre-ordered items cannot be returned.
- Time Limit: Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.
2. Refund Process

- Return the Product: Package securely and send it to the provided address along with proof of purchase.
- Inspection: Our team will inspect the returned item for eligibility.
- Refund or Replacement: Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method or replaced if you prefer.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital content
- Batteries and special pre-ordered items
- Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded)
4. Shipping and Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
